California singer-songwriter Colbie Caillat has released the debut single, 'I Do,' off her forthcoming record 'All For You.'

Caillat develops a smart and uncomplicated sound in the upbeat, sunny-day song. Background vocal lines weave across auxiliary percussion beats as Caillat's lead lines carry the tune through three breathless minutes, with only the briefest of pauses.

The song, as its title suggests, is about marriage, and plunging in cold feet and all: "Cause every time before it's been like / Maybe yes and maybe no / I won't live without it, I won't let it go / Whoa, what can I get myself into?"

Caillat knows about commitment. She's made tremendous strides since first trying to break into the business as a timid 'American Idol' hopeful, where she auditioned twice and both times was sent packing (the first time she was so terrified she couldn't sing). She turned to her MySpace profile to launch her career, and in her output leading up to and including 'I Do,' her sound has become increasingly more confident and focused.

'All For You' will be Caillat's third studio record, and will feature special guests, including Common. There are also rumors of a collaboration with the country group Lady Antebellum.

Caillat has worked well with guests in the past -- she contributed background vocals and songwriting to Taylor Swift's single 'Breathe,' as well Jason Mraz's song 'Lucky.' However, Mraz's tune beat Swift's track at the 2010 Grammys in the Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals category.

After months of anticipation, Lady Gaga has finally released the title track from her forthcoming album, 'Born This Way.'

Fans got a preview of the single when the pop star sang a line of it during her Video of the Year acceptance speech at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.

"That chorus came to me, like, I swear, I didn't even write it. I think God dropped it in my lap," Gaga told Rolling Stone after the incident. "And I swear to you that I'm in a place now writing music where there's this urgency to protect and take care of my fans."

Originally, the song was set to be unveiled on Feb. 13, but the singer pushed its release date up by two days, tweeting, "Can't wait any longer, single coming Friday."

On Feb. 8, Gaga debuted the single artwork for the song on Twitter with the simple message "Trois jours," meaning "three days" until the big reveal.

'Born This Way' will be released on May 23, but until then, you can listen to the title track on Stafa Music station

Format mp3HD menjanjikan kualitas suara yang jauh lebih baik tetapi di lain sisi file mp3HD mempunyai karakteristik yang sama dengan mp3 sehingga menjamin bahwa loe bisa memutarnya di perangkat yang sudah loe miliki saat ini (dan juga berakhiran mp3 pada file ekstensionnya).

Namun ternyata mp3HD juga mempunyai kelemahan yang cukup mengganggu yaitu ukuran filenya yang hampir 4x lebih besar dibandingkan file mp3 biasa.

Dan jika hanya sekedar untuk mendengarkan musik dengan menggunakan iPod atau pemutar musik portabel lainnya, format mp3 dengan 128 kbps rasanya sudah cukup dan bisa loe bayangkan berapa lama waktu yang loe butuhkan untuk mendownload file ditambah dengan besarnya ukuran file yang akan membuat hardisk loe penuh.

Berbicara mengenai trend musik kedepan tentunya haruslah berhubungan dengan para ahlinya atau pakarnya yaitu pengamat musik. Berikut trend musik 2009 dimata para pengamat musik indonesia.

Menurut Deny Sakrie ‘’Tema cinta sebenarnya tidak akan pernah habis,’‘ Di kuartal terakhir tahun 2008, jenis musik cinta yang mendayu-dayu sudah mencapai tiik kulminasi walau respons masyarakat sendiri masih besar. Dan tema cinta memang masih mendominasi di tahun 2009, namun dengan cara penyampaian yang berbeda.

Selama dua tahun terakhir, band-band dengan lagu pop Melayu atau cinta yang mendayu, amat dominan sehingga tidak heran jika aransemen dan rasa lagunya menjadi serupa. Dikatakan, saat ini industri musik sudah mulai bergerak ke posisi yang murni untuk berdagang, sehingga kondisi itu terjadi. ‘’Padahal sebenarnya band-band itu idealis, tapi karena harus mendongkrak penjualan, jadi karyanya ya begitu-begitu saja”.

Di memperkirakan pada kuartal pertama tahun 2009, musisi-musisi seperti Sindentosca atau band indie akan memberikan pengaruh. Kemudian dari musikalitasnya, jenis pop masih kuat karena animo masyarakat. Hanya saja, nantinya akan banyak sekali percampuran dan pengaruh dari aliran R&B, jazz, blues maupun groove.

Sementara rock murni juga akan berusaha muncul lagi seperti yang saat ini terjadi di Amerika Serikat, imbuhnya. Pengamat musik yang lain, Bens Leo, mengatakan, justru di tahun 2009 musisi yang mengumandangkan lagu-lagu mellow masih banyak bermunculan.Tapi, dunia musik Indonesia memang sulit ditebak.

Hal itu dia contohkan dengan kehadiran Kangen Band yang membuat semua orang bereaksi dan memberikan pengaruh pada musik-musik dengan cita rasa Melayunya. Oleh karena itu di tahun 2009 sebenarnya tergantung pada musisinya sendiri bagaimana mengemas tampilan musiknya.

Ada beberapa hal menjadi catatan. Sepakat dengan Denny, Bens mengungkapkan, gairah semangat indie akan semakin berkembang di tahun baru ini. Para musisi indie makin sering tampil dalam konser atau bahkan merilis album.

Sementara untuk jenis musiknya bisa bermacam-macam. Tampilannya pun lebih banyak berbentuk band karena lebih mudah. Sifat band itu mandiri karena aransemen dan lirik dibuat sendiri, sehingga cost produksinya lebih rendah. Tentang pengaruh krisis global terhadap industri musik Indonesia, diakui bakal mengakibatkan banyak label kesulitan memproduksi album. Beberapa label besar saat ini justru sudah kegemukan karena membawahi banyak sekali artis musik baru.

Oleh karena kesulitan ekonomi yang melanda saat ini, menyebabkan label harus benar-benar memilih musisi mana yang memang layak untuk diproduksi albumnya. Hal inilah yang bisa membuat produksi berkurang, ujar Bens. Karena situasi itu, Bens menyarankan agar para musisi nantinya bisa membuat master sendiri, lalu mencari investor yang mau menangani produksi, baru melangkah pada label untuk pemasarannya.
